Tour Reservations

To make reservations for a tour listed, contact our office by telephone or use our Contact Form to request a detailed brochure for the specific tour you are interested in. On the bottom of the brochure you will find a reservation form. Fill out the form and then mail that with your deposit back to our office. You may also make your Reservations Online, and one of our friendly associates will contact you with the required information for booking your trip.

Deposits and Final Payments

A 50% per person deposit is required on all tours $1,000.00 or less. A $400.00 per person deposit is required on all tours $1001.00 or more. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. At that time you will receive by mail your detailed itinerary, with boarding information, lodging information, and your luggage tags.

Tour Cancellations

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to departure. This is for Coach Tours Only. Does not apply to air or cruise trips. If it is less than 30 days, and we do not have a waiting list to fill your seats, you will get everything that is recoverable to Glenn's Motorcoach Tours back. That dollar amount varies on lodging, attractions, and meals. You would then receive that dollar amount back in a gift certificate to Glenn's Motorcoach Tours. There is no expiration date on our gift certificates.
