Motorcoach Cleaning, Disinfection & Passenger Health and Safety Standards Policy

At Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours, the health and safety of our passengers and team members is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining clean, sanitized motorcoaches by implementing rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols on every trip.

We have enhanced our sanitation procedures with additional cleaning measures designed to reduce risk and protect everyone on board. Most importantly, we ask that any guest who is feeling unwell stay home for the safety of others.

All bus cleaners, Tour Directors, and Drivers are thoroughly trained in proper cleaning and disinfecting practices. High-touch surfaces are wiped down multiple times throughout the day and again at the end of each trip. Floors are mopped with approved disinfectants, and each coach is stocked with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for passenger use.

Treatment prior to departure

To further ensure a safe travel environment, every motorcoach is fogged with a disinfecting treatment prior to departure, providing a comprehensive interior sanitation. In the event that a driver, Tour Director, or passenger becomes ill during a trip, the coach will undergo a full decontamination process. Our team will immediately coordinate with the office to assess the situation and take appropriate next steps.

Travel with confidence knowing Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours is dedicated to delivering a safe, clean, and comfortable experience every mile of the journey.

We will give special attention to the following while cleaning/ disinfecting:

  • Hand rails
  • Steering wheel
  • Head rests
  • Window sills
  • Armrests
  • Restroom handrails and door handles
  • Coach will also be sprayed with Lysol quite often each day

Remember to do the easy things like:

  • Stay away from people who are sick
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water, or use wipes if water not available
  • Make sure to cover your cough or sneeze and throw all tissues away not leaving them on seat
  • Again, most important that if you have any symptoms or don’t feel good stay home

We will get our buses moving as soon as we are able. We are monitoring the situation daily. Also we will be listening to the CDC, United Motorcoach Ass’n and Minnesota Charter Bus Operators Ass’n and make any changes necessary.

"This was a great trip! The day on the trolley and the play were exceptional, but all activities were fun. Char is so much fun and she did a great job. She took really good care of us. Brian handled the bus on a lot of tight streets and corners, got us everywhere safe and sound. They are a good team."
