By traveling with Glenn's Motorcoach Tours, each guest agrees to the terms of this policy and to follow it at all times. This policy is subject to change at any time. Glenn's Motorcoach Tours acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging for transportation, lodging, sightseeing, other services and, as such, is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury or accident to any act or default on the part of any company person engaged in providing transportation, lodging, sightseeing or other services which are part of the tour. We cannot be responsible for loss of or damage to baggage, or personal property. Glenn's Motorcoach Tours reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter any tour if circumstances require it.
Adverse weather/natural disasters: Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours has no control over Acts of God, such as unfavorable or harsh weather conditions, tornadoes, floods, hurricanes, or other natural disasters. If such conditions arise before departure, the decision to cancel or delay departure may be made. If en route to or from an attraction or event adverse weather conditions occur, Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours will work closely with State DOT agencies, industry professionals, and local law enforcement officials. Official orders from applicable authorities will be obeyed. Even without official orders, if the circumstances merit, Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours has the right to reroute, stop or terminate the trip.
The shows, attractions, and trips listed on our itineraries are the ones which we currently hold reservations. However, changes may occur, including but not limited to those due to non-participation, cancellation by performer’s availability, changes of which we have no control.
Passengers will receive by mail approximately 40 days before trip leaves a detailed itinerary, boarding information, lodging information, and luggage tags.
If you are late for your pick up you may drive to the next nearest location and board the motorcoach there. Unfortunately, “No Shows” will NOT be granted a refund for any portion of the tour. Please be at your pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
While Glenns Motorcoach Tours does not currently require proof of vaccination to travis with us, as the pandemic evolves, many state or local governments we travel to are putting in place different vaccination requirement measures that are beyond our control. Additionally, venues we visit including but not limited to entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions, etc. as well as other modes of transportation (airlines, trains, water vessels etc.) are sometimes enforcing their own vaccination policies, and/or enforcing those required of them by law. If you are vaccinated, it is a must that you keep proof of your vaccination status on you at all times so that you can prove your status when needed. By traveling with Glenns Motorcoach Tours, if you are unvaccinated against COVID-19 or do not provide acceptable proof of vaccination status when it is requested by any venue/service/provider or required by a government agency, you assume all liability for not being allowed to continue to travel and/or participate in any inclusive or self-pay trip element. All other components of our policy continue to apply, including cancellation deadlines, should you wish not to travel under the circumstances.
Cancellation for any reason within 45 days of the trip is NON-REFUNDABLE. Trips with air/sea are different than this. Cancellation must be made in writing, post marked at least 45 days prior to departure, and you must receive confirmation from Glenns Motorcoach Tours that your cancellation has been accepted. In the event that you do not want to travel in certain weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other reason, we will not be able to refund your money. We highly recommend travel insurance.
In the rare event that we do cancel a trip due to reasons beyond our control, it is our policy to attempt to reschedule that trip. If rescheduling is not possible, in some but not all instances, we may, at our discretion, offer trip credit in the amount you paid to be used toward future travel with us.
For one day trips, the total payment is due at time of booking to hold your spot. A 50% per person deposit is required on all tours $1,000.00 or less. A $400.00 per person deposit is required on all tours $1001.00 or more. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.
