Tour Reservations
Reserving your tour is easy. Complete the reservation form for your selected tour on our website or call our office to book by phone. If you received a brochure by mail, fill out the enclosed reservation form and return it to our office with your deposit.
Agreement
By traveling with Glenn's Motorcoach Tours, each guest agrees to the terms of this policy and to follow it at all times. This policy is subject to change at any time. Glenn's Motorcoach Tours acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging for transportation, lodging, sightseeing, other services and, as such, is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury or accident to any act or default on the part of any company person engaged in providing transportation, lodging, sightseeing or other services which are part of the tour. We cannot be responsible for loss of or damage to baggage, or personal property. Glenn's Motorcoach Tours reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter any tour if circumstances require it.
Adverse weather/natural disasters: Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours has no control over Acts of God, such as unfavorable or harsh weather conditions, tornadoes, floods, hurricanes, or other natural disasters. If such conditions arise before departure, the decision to cancel or delay departure may be made. If en route to or from an attraction or event adverse weather conditions occur, Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours will work closely with State DOT agencies, industry professionals, and local law enforcement officials. Official orders from applicable authorities will be obeyed. Even without official orders, if the circumstances merit, Glenn’s Motorcoach Tours has the right to reroute, stop or terminate the trip.
Itineraries
The shows, attractions, and trips listed on our itineraries are the ones which we currently hold reservations. However, changes may occur, including but not limited to those due to non-participation, cancellation by performer’s availability, changes of which we have no control.
Departures
Passengers will receive by mail approximately 45 days before trip leaves a detailed itinerary, boarding information, lodging information, and luggage tags.
If you are late for your pick up you may drive to the next nearest location and board the motorcoach there. Unfortunately, “No Shows” will NOT be granted a refund for any portion of the tour. Please be at your pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
On the morning of trip departure, if there is an EMERGENCY, please call the phone number listed on the itinerary you received in the mail from us.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation for any reason within 45 days of the trip is NON-REFUNDABLE. Trips with air/sea are different than this. Cancellation must be made in writing, post marked at least 45 days prior to departure, and you must receive confirmation from Glenns Motorcoach Tours that your cancellation has been accepted. In the event that you do not want to travel in certain weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other reason, we will not be able to refund your money. We highly recommend travel insurance.
In the rare event that we do cancel a trip due to reasons beyond our control, it is our policy to attempt to reschedule that trip. If rescheduling is not possible, in some but not all instances, we may, at our discretion, offer trip credit in the amount you paid to be used toward future travel with us.
Payments and Gratuities
All payments, deposits, and refunds are listed on the individual tour brochure, available for download on our website.
Gratuities: If you feel your driver and tour director have done an excellent job for you feel free to tip them with no obligation on an individual basis.
Passengers
Occupancy & Seating: Passengers booking a single room will NOT be guaranteed two seats on the motorcoach. Someone may sit next to you. Occupancy rates only apply to your room. Any passenger going by themselves must fill out and send in an emergency contact form supplied by Glenn's Motorcoach Tours.
Baggage: Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase (no more than 50lbs.) and 1 carry-on bag (restrictions may apply) and a personal item such as a purse.
Coolers: Any coolers you bring will have to sit at your feet or under a seat. Coolers are not allowed in the overhead compartments.
Minimum age for passengers on Glenn's Motorcoach Tours varies. Children must be “age appropriate” for the trip. Any questions please call the office. Also anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Photography: By traveling with Glenn's Motorcoach Tours you give full permission for any photos taken by us during a trip to be used for any purpose, including but not limited to print materials or on www.glennsmotorcoachtours.com. Any person wishing to not be included in our photos must alert the Tour Director on their trip.
Independence: Glenn's Motorcoach Tours cannot be responsible for attending to the needs of travelers who are not capable of caring for their needs independently. All passengers must be physically able to participate in all slated itinerary items. Any person who cannot must be accompanied by a companion who will be able to assist and assume responsibility for this person. Glenn's Motorcoach Tours reserves the right to decline participation on any tour in which the participant capabilities are determined by Glenn's Motorcoach Tours to not meet the needs of the tour. Neither Glenn's Motorcoach Tours personnel nor its suppliers may assist with medications or physically aid participants on the tours.
